The owner (Bill Campbell) of Ark Webs passed away August 13, 2008. Click here for more information about Bill Campbell This was totally unexpected. In order for the servers and websites to continue as they are the ownership and management of Ark Webs has been given over to Ark Web Design.

Ark Web Design is in the process of trying to get the tech support tickets caught up. If you have submitted a tech tickets prior to August 18th you will need to resubmit your tickets.

Due to needing to keep track of our support we will no longer be doing support over the phone or by email. We need to keep records of the tech support by means of a tech support tickets.

We hope to have everything back to normal in the next week or so. We know this is frustrating but in order to keep the Ark Webs servers running this is the solution we have decided on. Thank you for understanding.
